Dear Friends,
I am no longer selling these wraps since I added a new member to our family and can't seem to find the time to make them anymore. However, I am leaving up the site to help those of you who already have wraps or just people who want another resource on how to use them. Enjoy your baby wearing experience! There really is nothing better. :)

Please be safe in you baby wearing.
Babywearing is a wonderful way to care for your little one. However, it is important to keep our child's safety in the front of our minds at all times.
Here is a great resource on wearing your child safely. Always use common sense in your baby wearing.
Thank you

More Instructional Videos
I have really loved using my baby wrap for the past two years and have mostly used just the holds that I have video instructions for below on this blog. However, I recently found a site with many instructional videos for holds that I had never heard of before. I thought I would share this link with you so that you will have even more variety in your baby wearing experience if you choose. Please note that the wraps in the videos are much wider than Lilly Pod Wraps so not all of the holds they show will work for your wrap. Just use your judgment and how secure you feel with each hold to determine what is right for you and your baby. Also, ALWAYS USE A SPOTTER when trying a new hold. Or tie over a very soft surface in case of accidents. This is especially important if you are attempting a back carry (Please read my not at the bottom of this blog on why my wraps are not well suited for back carries).
I wanted to share these with you because sometimes you need a special hold for different situations. For example this site has a front carry called the "Wrap Cross Carry" that I use when my child falls asleep outside of the wrap and I need to put her in without waking her. I needed another adults help to do this but it really saved my back when I had to carry her around asleep for over an hour.
The site also has instructions on how to use a wrap with twins or carrying two children at once.
Please feel free to browse this site and see if there is a new hold that will make your life easier. :)
Enjoy!

A Note About This Blog
Since this blog has so many pictures and videos in it, sometimes they don't all appear the first time you load it. If some of the videos are not showing up just refresh the page and they should load fully. Sorry for any inconvenience.
The current color choices are first, followed by all of my instructional videos. I hope you find this blog helpful. Enjoy. :)

How to Tie the Wrap
I prefer to tie the wrap on the side or the front because then there isn't a large knot in your back when you sit down.
Depending on your fabric you will need to tie these tightly! If yours begins to stretch too much just tie it tighter next time. You may also have to adjust tension as your baby gains weight.

- Always bend at your knees, not your waist, so baby doesn't fall out.
- Watch for over heating. If your baby is sweating remove some layers of clothing or take baby out to cool off.
- Never run or jump with baby in the wrap.
Newborn Hold
This hold is very snug for little newborns and makes them feel Safe and Secure. They love to hear your heartbeat and feel the warmth of your body. This hold can also be used for skin on skin care to help premature babies develop!
Huge thanks to Lisa for letting me use her son as a model!

Cradle Hold
This is a great way to carry newborns. Its very similar to being cradled in Mom or Dad's arms.
Sorry about my baby fussing in the video. I will upload a better one once I catch her in a quieter mood, but I wanted you to be able to do this hold so here it is.

Hug Hold
This is a great way to carry babies that still can't support their head. Once they can you may graduate them to the front carry. They will often fall asleep in this hold, and you can tuck their head under the side of the wrap to keep them supported while they sleep.

Front Carry
A note about back carries.
There are many types of back carries that can be done using a wrap. However, most of these are best done with a wrap that is at least 24 inches wide and has little to no stretch. My wraps are less than that width because I felt it made them more comfortable. Most of my fabrics are also very stretchy so they are not suitable for back carries. The stretchy fabrics make them ideal for younger babies and I feel makes them very comfortable. Please feel free to contact me about with any questions you may have regarding good wraps for using a backpack carry.
Thank you.
Thank you.
